Had a legal research assignment. question was "What is your first impression of this case". I said "My impression is that this case means X." Professor crossed that out and put "No, your first impression is this case means Y." Yeah professor, you're right, my OPINION of the case is wrong....

This. Times infinity raised to the infinite power. Every time someone mentions LRW, I flip out because my profs seem to think that grading a 30-person class on a curve is somehow statistically significant. They might as well just throw all of our memos/briefs into giant bowl, smoke it, and then arbitrarily assign grades.
