Quick question about sending in transcripts and recommen....

In reference to my transcripts and recommendations. Can I send in my transcripts to the LSAC even if I haven't registered for any law schools yet, however, I have registered for the credential evaluation of transcripts already. Can I send in my transcripts and then when I apply to the law schools they would forward it to them? Or do I have to register for law school first THEN let my schools send in my transcripts?
