I'm not 100% sure on the times on Wednesdays, but this was my first semester schedule as a PT student:

Mon - Property - 6:00-8:45
Tues - Contracts - 6:00-8:45
Wed - Legal Research - 6:00-6:50 for the first 7ish weeks, then it was over
Wed - Legal Writing - 7:00-8:40 for most of the first semester

I think that was it. Second semester was similar, except we added Crim Law on Thursday nights and only had 1 hour of Legal Writing on Wednesday nights, and that was only for a few weeks.

First summer was awesome:

Mon - Con Law - 6:00-8:45
Tues - Fed Tax - 6:00-8:45
Wed - Con Law - 6:00-8:45
Thurs - Fed Tax - 6:00-8:45

On top of working a ton.

I'm guessing that was sarcastic. However, this summer i'm going to be taking two classes on top of working for a federal judge. Is it as miserable as I think its going to be? Also - did u find summer classes any different/easier than regular ones?

It was rough. It helped that Tax was pretty easy to prepare for most of the time. The good part is that it's over in 7 weeks. I found that I just needed to do all prep work on the weekend. I treated it as preparing for 4 different classes. Not much time to study during the week. If your work for the judge is really only 8 hours a day, it's very doable.

It hardly seems like 10-11 credits per semester is part time, though I realize technically anything less than 12 credits is.

My PT sked:
Fall
MW 6:30-8:30 p.m., Torts (4 cr)
TR 6:30-8:30 p.m., Contracts (4 cr)

Spring
MW 6-7:30 pm, Crim (3 cr)
TR 6-8 p.m., CivPro (4 cr)
MR 8:10-9:40 p.m, LRW (1 cr)

Yeah. I may lose my sanity in this process. I leave my house at 6:30 am to get to work. I go straight from work to class, and get home around 9:30 pm most nights. I really wish that PT was 8 credits a semester...

That is crazy. Where are you going to school, and do they expect you to take summer classes at all?

wow, so I expected this thread to help me figure out which program would be best, but it appears as though those attending full time also have a significant amount of time during the day to study aside from class.

Yeah man, I had plenty of time to relax and get work done. We drank almost every friday too.
