Can anyone recommend a speed reading class and/or seminar?
I would like to improve my reading speed and wanted to know if anyone had attended a class, seminar, and/or read a book with successful results? Much appreciated. thanks.

Breakthrough Rapid Reading by Peter Kump. Really good book. Sped me way up.

I think Kaplan offers one. They came to my university a couple years ago. The lady who presented the orientation made sure we all felt like dumb fucks and therefore thought we needed to pay $1,000 for her seminar.

Just read headers & first and last sentence of the paragraph. Read more thoroughly if the paragraph will be particularly meaty. Works best if you are reading something reasonably well written (i.e. with proper topic sentences).
No need to take a class.
