tetrisfriends.com marathon mode. I honestly sit in class and when I'm not playing and imagine playing it. Actually, you should maybe stay away from that site...

Re: What are your time wasters?
Trying to find a new job in this abysmal economy while supressing memories of making 100k+ for 5 years prior to this collapse.
Emailing adcoms, status checking, researching, setting up meetings, applying to 1 new school per each new ding.
Considering scrapping this cycle because all of the more attractive acceptances will not involve scholarship money - instead I will work another year, obsessively prepare for the lsat this time, get 170+, then secure scholarship money from schools for 11'
Exercise.

Video games, movies, anything with the girlfriend, chatting w/my brother about absolutely nothing, acting, weightlifting/cardio/yoga, avoiding the fraternity house because it's disgusting and full of people I don't really like

Mental health days are the best. Cupcakes/ice cream, video games, music, and generally just chilling like its summer break. They are so necessary, but I always feel a bit guilty.jamaicanjynx wrote:macattaq wrote:TLS

Re: What are your time wasters?
I'd have a similar list as everyone else except that -- for now, anyway -- time wasters are keeping me sane while waiting for admissions news. Thus, they're actually productive to some extent and don't meet the best definitions of a pure waste of time.

Re: What are your time wasters?
EDIT: Do you guys schedule in your time wasters, or are these spontaneous ones? I think of time waster as connoting 'I'm doing this when I should be doing other things'--as such, I think surfing the web is really my only 'time-waster.'
