Trusts and Estates Supplement

Post by broadwaymusicals » Fri Jan 29, 2010 7:57 pm

Can anyone recommend a good wills, trusts, and estates supplement. My professor said the uniform probate code was amended in 2008. How big were these changes? Does this make older supplements more difficult to use?

Just buy emanuels' or something similar. I wouldn't worry too much about the recent amendments. Just compare the outline to your class notes, the UPC, and the UTC.

I tried the Sum & Substance, but it was repetitive and bloated. It did have helpful questions at the end of each chapter. I didn't get any other study aids, so I can't tell you how it compares to other guides out there.
