Torts is not necessarily the right class to be underperforming in if your options are slip-n-fall cases and insurance defense...

Just kidding, it's hard to tell without all of your grades. If they're all A+s you're probably in the top 1% of your school in which case BIGLAW might be on the table.

I'm going to guess B is a median grade then. I don't see a lower tier 1 school curving up to anything above a B. In that case, I sincerely have to wonder why you'd freak out at landing at the median. Did you really go in banking on the top quarter or something?

I'm not sure you appreciate the IRL fallout from that. It was strong and had a lasting effect. What happened on TLS itself was nothing.

Based on your previous posts, you probably go to American. Wikipedia says American's median is 3.45. So you're back to around median after this grade. You also might go to Mason, though, and their median is around a 2.9.

Based on your previous posts, you probably go to American. Wikipedia says American's median is 3.45. So you're back to around median after this grade. You also might go to Mason, though, and their median is around a 2.9.

nah, I don't even have all my grades in yet--I am scared to get my legal writing grade back (my gpa is probably gonna take a hit). I don't understand how the curves work in law school, so I am not even sure if I did well or not (just generally speaking, how do employers look at Bs?
*edit*--actually, I am reading this one book now (law school confidential) and one chapter is an assessment on how you did 1st semester--he says that if you get Bs you are scaring away employers and now i'm nervous (is this true)
