NYUer in section 2...just got my first grade in CivPro, and it was an A. I'll be happy if the rest come back B-'s.

I read it. I just didn't reveal my section -- two sections have out Crim grades now. And since both of the Crim classes have more than one section, and I don't post here often, I kind of doubt anyone will know (or care) who I am.

You realize that an A = 4.0, B = 3.0, C = 2.0, so he got a B-/C+... every letter grade works out that way.

You realize that an A = 4.0, B = 3.0, C = 2.0, so he got a B-/C+... every letter grade works out that way.

All at once? Wouldn't the class be either 2.33 or 2.67 on a standard system? Unless this is a school that doesn't give minus grades or something...

Our school's grading system until last year was A = 4.0, B+ = 3.5, B = 3.0, C+ = 2.5 etc.

Refreshing grades for the eighth time today yields nothing.

I had dinner with some friends tonight after not seeing any of them for three weeks. Although we tried valiantly to not discuss school, it seemed like 75% of our time was spent lamenting the fact we won't get grades for another week. I still checked the website when I got home.

Somewhere on this site there was a link to all of the law schools and how a gpa relates to class rank. I searched, but have been unable to find it. Help?

edit: not the wiki page, but something a little more 'official' looking

this would be nice if anyone has a link; couldnt find anything updated to this year (found spring 2010) for my school.

2.3=C+, 2.7=B-, 2.5=FLAME

Plenty of schools could have this. Duke grades with everything in between. Anything from 2.0 to 4.3 in increments of 0.1 is generally possible.

Duke's grades aren't out though.
