MBE was 159.9 btw. Felt like I completely messed it up. Def cant complain, especially since I quit on property in general and guessed on most property Qs.

I think barbri said decent essays plus 130 means you're in good shape. People have passed with lower and failed with higher

For NY, 133 and you are "on track" to pass. You could still pass believe that, but you'll have to make up ground on the essays.
