I like that... Yes, now I am an ad.
P.s. I am planning to run for local political office. Does that count?

Still sticking to my daily goals. There are few of the PQ's that I seem to miss over and over (in various wordings), but by and large still feeling pretty good about things. Some of these book sections are just terrible though, so I couldn't imagine trying them while sick. Use the MPRE as an excluse to slack off in other areas and recover quicker, haha.

I just started a new job and it sucks to also have to be studying for the MPRE. I don't have much time to study - The plan is to do 20 questions a night (from the Barbri practice questions) and reviewing 20 questions from the night before (I do that in about 3 hours).
I really am hoping to pass this thing but am getting worn down. Much luck to everyone else.

it won't let me download it for some reason so i have to keep my internet turned on which leads to maximum procrastinating

I, uh, opened the book for the first time today. In theory the real studying starts tomorrow.

FWIW the BarBri person for our school (the actual employee in charge, not the student reps) told us that there was no need to study for more than one week.

I'm through one lecture plan to get through two or three more tonight then going out of town until Monday evening so the majority of this studying is certainly happening next week

Okay I need to start studying this. Should I use Barbri or Themis? I don't really want to pay 25 dollars for express shipping for the barbri book, unless it is super necessary

your barbri rep might have physical books.

Barbri, though I've poked my head into the Themis website a time or two.

Yeah, hound your Barbri rep for one, if it's anything like the reps here they have piles and piles of those MPRE books.
That said, if trying to choose between book or no book, I'd strongly encourage the physical book for the reasons buckiguy_sucks said.

Took two barbri practicd tests. PT 1 was taken after having done some reading of the outlines. PT 2 was done in pieces after long days at work and without having looked at any material in a week.
PT 1: 51/60
PT 2: 43/60
Dont know how to feel about this shit.

Excellent, the barbri practice questions are almost exactly like the MPRE* and you pretty much need a 35-40 to breezily pass.

Connie is a lawyer on state A, client is in state B. Is it proper if Connie just gets high and stays home?

So long as Connie gets informed consent in writing from herself, then yes.

I'm still making my way through the Barbri lectures/outline. Last week definitely wasn't as productive as it should have been.

What percent of questions do we need to get correct in order to pass? My state has a 75 score requirement.

I'm one "Practice Questions" section away from being done with all the online Barbri stuff. My percentages still aren't really where I'd like them to be, but if the thread crumb cake linked is still accurate, then I'm actually above where I need to be. Still have a few more days though, mostly just doing to be practice Q's from here on out, and I'll probably go over that outline at the
front of the book at some point.
Naturally the MPRE also coincided with what has been my busiest week of the semester thus far as well.

you should do the themis milestone exams or the simulated test. They are retired MPRE questions from NCBE.
