I have some amazing flowcharts on the UCC, which section do you need? Remedies,Battle of the Forms, Prole Evidence Rule?Raiden wrote:It was an uber detailed question on the nuances in the UCC, so I don't think I need to talk about common law (at least thats what I hope!)

You are too kind sir (or miss). Parol evidence rule would be super helpful, if its not too much trouble.swimmer11 wrote:I have some amazing flowcharts on the UCC, which section do you need? Also, how is everyone going about memorizing their outlines? For cases, is the general idea plus a line of reasoning sufficient when referencing on the actual final?

Jumping in.

Does anyone have any PTs based on Dressler's Crim Law book? I have a great outline if anyone is interested, just no class-issued PTs.

The beginning of the end is finally here. When all you hear about law school grading being random, I take comfort knowing there's some 1Ls out there who have a similar mindset. Most important semester of law school lets leave nothing on the table guys

Re: OFFICIAL 1L Exam Prep & Motivation Thread
After looking at my policy midterm, it really feels like you have precise writing and know what your professor wants to get the A. I also have to make sure to flesh out my assumptions, thats universal in both policy and hypo exams
Though, I realize this midterm probably isn't too helpful, given the upcoming exams will be long hypos.
I don't know why I have this naive feelings that exams should be easy. We will all probably know the law pretty well come December, and all we have to do is apply law to the fact. It's like a math exam without a calculator.
What exactly is it that distinguishes the B+'s from the A+'s?

Also, I will be sending out the flowcharts. I was only able to find the Battle of the Forms and The UCC Buyer/Seller Remedies. Nonetheless they are epic.
