Things are definitely picking up now. We just had our first LRW assignment due and ours is graded so have to put effort into that and now we have an ADR competition coming up as well.
I've also started outlining now on the weekend and have been doing the E&E from the beginning and continuing to do so + reading my supplements for criminal law and contracts.
Have less free time, but I still squeeze in my exercise. Mandatory. Oh and football on Sundays. Also mandatory.

not to single you out but i feel like this is what people mean by front loading your workqueenlizzie13 wrote:Things are definitely picking up now. We just had our first LRW assignment due and ours is graded so have to put effort into that and now we have an ADR competition coming up as well.

if you put in 60+ plus hours a week from the beginning, things will never pick up
at least, that is what i am hoping

How is this relevant? I'm sure most people would rather work 40 hours/wk in the beginning and have it pick up later on. There are lots of good reasons for the number of hours you work per week to fluctuate.dreakol wrote:not to single you out but i feel like this is what people mean by front loading your workqueenlizzie13 wrote:Things are definitely picking up now. I skip 75% of classes, loaf, stay up till 3 am, eat what I want, do what I want, don't read for class, get on the internet on rare occasions I do go to class, and waltz into a few of those classes half drunk from happy hour 20 minutes late.

Sorry... I meant drinking in the "going out to the bars with friends" sense more than the "drinking to get hammered and puke like a sorority girl" sense.acrossthelake wrote:Meh. I was just joking with you, no worries.acrossthelake wrote:That makes sense. I mean, I'm watching television with someone else. We watch about an episode together every night before bedtime. Also, classmates are usually studying Sunday through Thursday night.chrisbru wrote:

So far, plenty of free time (that I mostly squander). I know that'll change but I'm enjoying the ride so far.

When I come home from drinking at a bar, the only thing I want to do is watch TV with some popcorn.. they go hand in hand for me.chrisbru wrote:FTFY.acrossthelake wrote:I've made it through a season of a TV show already. I think I'mdoing it wrongnot drinking enough.
