Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved my Professor and he made a very complex subject quite straight-forward....but his exam was pretty painful. Thank God I took it pass/fail.dailygrind wrote:This thread has given me a lot of motivation to avoid tax. It sounds awful.

After documenting my progress here for a week, I have predictably now run into the opposite problem. Paper is due at midnight, and I'm now pressing the upper limits of the page limit with a ton left to say =/Oban wrote:gotta type 10 more pages for my paper by midnight.

Re: 2L. No motivation
I appreciate the joke. I did a similar thing on an exam today... basically the exam equivalent of humming a couple lines in the middle of a song b/c you don't know the words. It was "Decent analysis, then there's something I can't remember that goes here, and here's the rest of the analysis."romothesavior wrote:Did pretty well on employment, but one of the questions asked for three differences between two causes of action. omg, I did the multiple choice first. worst idea ever. was so destroyed by the time I got to the essays, I couldn't even think straight. I'll be shocked if I didn't get a bottom 5 or 10 grade.schwar46 wrote:And now to drown the memories...

Also in that class. I'm pretty happy with the result right now--good way to start break.

I'm hoping my clinic and seminar will save me from the two B's that are likely coming my way.

Done. Tonight, I've already drank alcoholic eggnog, red wine, Bailey's, champagne, and a rum and coke. The wife is already passed out. I should order Wings Over.
