I believe I have a serviceable level of knowledge to do okay on this final. It's just applying law to facts. The professor doesn't want a treatise on civil procedure. I think I put in some good work in the past couple days and even though it's going to suuuuuck tomorrow, at least it will be over soon.

Civpro is tomorrow for me as well. Seems like my prof does want a treatise. Just realizing how much work I should have put in for this class. Oh well.

First final (Ks) is Wednesday. My professor taught the class strictly through cases with no sort of explanation of BLL/big picture whatsoever. I've been trying to teach myself through my outline and supplements for the past few days, but after a handful of practice MC questions I still feel like I don't know anything. I can still learn Contracts before then... right?

Watching Scandal has made me realize that if I fail at law school I can go back and get my secondary education certification and teach civics to idiot high school kids. On the other hand, David Rosen was an AUSA and ITE I'm not sure I could get hired as a civics teacher with below median grades.
