Does anyone have tips for organizing exams? Particularly in torts and K's (and prop to a lesser extent). I feel like I am struggling to organize and it just becomes me spouting whatever shit I think is kind of relevant. Having the biggest problem with negligence claims in torts, especially when there is more than one actor and a superceding cause is involved. As an example, the last one I took basically had a company not disposing of a dangerous chemical properly, then the person who was supposed to dispose of it keeping it (hurting himself and his life partner) and selling it and hurting other people.

What is the best way to organize something like that?
Thread isn't about exam organization tip,s it's about telling you that you will be O.K. and not to stress too much <3

I know this is a pretty stupid question but I'll ask anyway because I'm lacking motivation right now.

I'm done with all my outlines + attack outlines (based on practice exam questions; I've taken 1-2 and altered my attack outlines based on those)

From now, I'm focusing solely on PTs and altering attack outlines if I see holes.
First exam is a week from now.

Can I take it [somewhat] easy? I've either burned out or I'm overconfident; either way I can't seem to focus. I'm on TLS most of the time (like right now).
Do I need to step up my game?

You'll be totally fine. This is not a process that can be won by brute force, no matter how neurotic of a frenzy law students whip themselves into (and then take great pleasure in talking about how they have done so)

No, you're fine. You CAN send applications 12/1 but many/most wait until after finals and it all works out.

Sorry friend, didn't mean to be a source of stress! I'm applying to ONE job with a deadline in mid December, and I wouldn't even have known about it if my career counselor hadn't snagged me in the hallway to tell me about it. So my complaint is narrow. Otherwise I'm not worrying about that crap til after finals.

I probably need to not sleep for the next 5 days to be prepared for my exams, but I think I'm gonna go make some cocoa and watch family programming.

Honestly, cocoa can make just about anything manageable. You're making no wrong choices here.

I just binge ate Chex Mix and am sipping a coke. I've never been more thankful for stipless scholarships until now.

What kind of Chex Mix? Classic? man, I love those rye chips. I think gardetto's has it so you can buy a whole bag of just those. Good way to get gout, but worth it. So good.
Bold, it was BOGO at Walgreens so I snagged a bag of Italian Herb & Parmesan for tomorrow.

Hi espressocream. I'm stillwater, yes, i am still water, 80%+ in fact. you won't know how you did until you get your grade. everything is on a curve. and i can tell you, the curve works in mysterious ways. keep the faith, keep grinding and you could be pleasantly surprised when you are done.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
