Re: 1L Fall Grade Waiting Thread
My grades started to come out today. I got pretty worried when the first one was a B: Civil Procedure, which I thought I did very well on. But then Torts was a B+, and in Contracts I got my first A, which is ironic because it was the exam I was most uncertain about. I still haven't got Criminal Law yet. My GPA right now shows 3.4, so I think that's pretty decent. One more A would be nice.

Seems like no one in this thread got what they expected. Starting to get real paranoid now.

Well, I know for a fact I won't be getting an A.
Or a B or a C or a D or an F.

That teacher also posted a breakdown of all the grades... Theres 1 C... It's probably mine......alicrimson wrote:Well, my grades will probably be up soon. One teacher likes to tell students if they booked the class before grades come out and apparently my boyfriend did. He studied maybe twelve hours in December for the exam 2-3 days before the test. Genius, that one. Very happy but also wish my brain worked like that.

That's really awesome. Our section is still waiting on property and LWR. I am so not excited but now that I have two grades, the wait is even worse!Lasers wrote:thanks!!ilovesf wrote:Congrats!!Lasers wrote:A in property and A in lwr.
yes.I don't have my other two grades yet.. I guess they are coming soon.
i guess my predictions for how i felt i did was right on the money. only grade that totally shocked me was lwr which was a welcomed surprise.

I'm starting to notice a correlation between post count and grades. Hopefully that holds up with me
I WANT MY DAMN GRADES!!!
And +1 to having no expectations. Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy when I say I have absolutely no idea how I did, but it's the truf.

Re: 1L Fall Grade Waiting Thread
So, I found something intriguing. We do not receive our grades for a few weeks. I, however, noticed that one of my classes is no longer listed under my anonymous number. I wonder if that means that grade is in, or if i should worry?

Re: 1L Fall Grade Waiting Thread
I will confirm what I said here now. Got my first grade back just now. B+ in property (median is a B). Unexpected because I seriously thought I screwed up this exam. Better than expected, but still not thrilled. The inner gunner child is relieved yet remains untamed.adonai wrote:Seems like no one in this thread got what they expected. Re: 1L Fall Grade Waiting Thread
Got an email this afternoon from the assistant dean with the subject line "Final Grades." I almost threw up.
All it said was final grades would be released on Friday or Saturday. It seems all final grades are relaeased to all students at the same time (1L to 3L).

I want my grades now. At my school, we have three sections. Two sections have gotten their grades for all their substantive classes. For my section, no grades, not even one.

lol. I think I check every 2-3 mins during business hours, every hour or two during non-business hours just out of habit.shock259 wrote:No updates yet. Still waiting on 3. Ugh. Checking has now become a twice daily occurrence.
