My intern has passed the bar, and I still won't know for another 3-4 weeks (NY). So now intern and I have constant conversations where I freak out and she tells me I will pass and we will drink at work, and I imagine sitting in my office studying for the bar again. I've just never felt so bad after taking a test before, and the stakes have never been so high. Granted, my job does not require the bar, and future jobs probably won't either, but I wouldn't go to law school and not be able to practice law.

I should have studied more and followed the paced program.

She is very overqualified. She is a law graduate who passed the bar a few weeks ago, but she hasn't found full time work yet so she is interning to build up her resume.

Yeah, I feel quite awkward in that she is technically more qualified than me, and yet I'm the one getting paid. But she is being a trooper, and I think she'll find something soon.

At this point, I honestly don't care about the result anymore.

I have imagined and dreamed about every possible scenario (passing, failing by a lot, failing by a little, finding out I failed via text from a friend, etc).

Just want to get it over with already.

For the record, I didn't get rid of it- it disappeared on its own. I uploaded another one but it also disappeared, so I gave up on it. But I'm glad it's not hurting your sensitive, precious little eyes anymore.

I didn't get one either. Someone in that thread emailed the CLE people and they claimed to have sent it out to everyone who sat for the bar exam. Also, someone in that thread claims that got one after last July's exam but failed.

Still don't feel good about this. It wouldn't surprise me if the examiners screwed up and sent them the pass list and this guy is just doing CYA.

I think I got one and threw it away. Didn't read it though so not sure. I definitely got something about CLE this week because I remember thinking my firm does CLE internally so I didn't need it.

Passed. It was never much in doubt because my state is 50% MBE and I was doing well there through the entire process.

Damn, so what's the point of scaling the MBE score then? If it's the real raw out of 190.

I think one-timers scales it for you using the raw you input. Its a bit intimidating to see how easy it is to fail. I can see 55/60's on those PTs and a slight dip in my MBE. That would spell disaster
