Someone said earlier that they had an outline for NFIB v. Sebelius they were willing to give out. Did that ever come to fruition?

Done property. Went pretty well. Nothing that I was clueless on, but I think I dropped some points in the future interests part. My goal was always just to get a B+ in property, and I think I did well enough to meet that.

Not really looking forward to crime at all, though. Anyone have any multiple choice crim questions?

real talk, because i'm interested in quality control and what not, what'd y'all think about the outlines i sent out? particularly the extremely long Ks, torts and property outlines.

What text for property did you have? My property OL is 78 pages, so I'm kind of curious to see if I missed anything.mephistopheles wrote:real talk, because i'm interested in quality control and what not, what'd y'all think about the outlines i sent out? particularly the extremely long Ks, torts and property outlines.

http://www.casebriefs.com/blog/law/crim ... s-answers/
http://law.widener.edu/LawLibrary/Servi ... chive.aspx (not sure if this site has answers to every test, a lot of teachers up there)
http://www.alliant.edu/sfls/sfls-progra ... -exams.php (haven't gone through these extensively)
http://home.olemiss.edu/~mhoffhei/CRIMXM4.htm

Some of those are MCs, some aren't (my teacher took some from one of those sites I'm pretty sure).
At least they'll be done soon. Didn't know my test was closed book until a few weeks before now, so I feel you. Thankfully everyone seems to be flipping a shit in my section so I'm hoping the curve gods are in my favor.Good luck man. I have my closed book civpro one tomorrow, too. Given that I've had to teach myself everything about the course, not feeling too great about it. Oh well.
Edit: I look down this forum section, see all the property questions and just nope the fuck out of there and back in this thread. God damnit property.

Ah, I had Merrill and smith, there's so many property cases so we probably have very different cases. My exam seems like a racehorse so I probably won't have time to reference my OL anyway. Thanks though.mephistopheles wrote:Robert Paulson wrote:What text for property did you have? Just 60 hours of cramming Model Penal Code into my brain and I'm done with 1L. Still waiting for my law school second wind.

^ I'm Good an essays, here though:

(look down the page for MC / TF. Some of his questions are convoluted as fuck IMO but I like to get as much practice as I can from all types of sources so I can't be surprised).
http://www.casebriefs.com/blog/law/civi ... s-answers/
(at a certain point the answers get backlogged by a page and you have to keep two tabs open, annoying but worth it, they've got like 101 MCs up there)
--LinkRemoved--).pdf

http://www.top-law-schools.com/archives ... =3&t=51782 (TLSception, a thread within a thread? Lame ass joke, let me rock with it)
And here are a few more sites that might have some MC, can't really remember. Good luck man.

I can type up the notes I have later this week. We talked about the case for interstate commerce clause, tax and spending, and briefly for unconst'l conditions.kiwi4president wrote:Someone said earlier that they had an outline for NFIB v. We did NOT discuss severability or ripeness.

That would be great! Our prof. didn't really talk about the severability or ripeness issues either. I'll pm you.dannynoonan87 wrote:I can type up the notes I have later this week. I didn't mind it, minus the third question. Lame prompt, and I have no idea what I wrote.Birdnals wrote:Con law. Took a 5 hour nap and finished up an hour ago. Does anyone have any Admin-Law exams with straight up policy questions? Like I'm talking "Is Chevron important"-esque essay question for almost 1/2 the grade, any help/suggestions would be wonderful.

The Understanding Prop OL was a good quick overview. The 150 page monster is very comprehensive. I liked the layout from the slides OL. I liked the 40 pg OL too.mephistopheles wrote:real talk, because i'm interested in quality control and what not, what'd y'all think about the outlines i sent out? particularly the extremely long Ks, torts and property outlines.
I have spent my day synthesizing those 4 prop OLs into mine.
It was a day very well spent
