Sorry to keep going back to this adverse possession of life estates thing, but to the question of "when can the adverse possessor claim title via adverse possession"...does "title" mean has the shit in fee simple? As in, if the APbro does have LEPAV, he still doesn't have "title"?

He'd have title until the guy he got it from dies. So if A gives a life estate to B and C adversely possesses the land, C gets title until B dies, at which time it reverts back to A.

I really wish it wasn't. My school just does some classes full year and others not. Some people have it in a semester and others have it for a full year. It's weird.

This is the first year Penn eliminated it from the first semester curriculum. I just chose to take it as an elective.

Edit: I'm gonna pull up that Gunnaz paradise playlist and bang to exclusively hardcore hip hip for the time remaining. I think the decemberists, bob dylan, and modest mouse have contributed to my laziness.

Eh, all things considered, I don't regret taking it. None of the other elective choices appealed to me anyway. Then again, ask me if I regret taking it after I get my grade back and I might have a different answer.
