Went from top 12% to top 33% at a T50. But I ED transferred from my T50 to a T14 before my grades dropped. My GPA doesn't exist anymore.

Checking in, barring a miracle. Went from almost top quarter to barely above median. Only grades not back are my elective (where attendance counted...fuck) and crim, which I know I bombed. Will start drinking soon. Hoping to God I won't be on welfare for the rest of my life.

Of course they do. What would you expect? You think firms are going to see that you have no grades at your current school and just says "well, let's take a guess?" They know you transferred and will ask for those grades.

That said, you're probably better off at a T14 than a being top 1/3 at a T50, assuming you didn't take on significantly more debt.

Of course they do. What would you expect? You think firms are going to see that you have no grades at your current school and just says "well, let's take a guess?" They know you transferred and will ask for those grades.

That said, you're probably better off at a T14 than a being top 1/3 at a T50, assuming you didn't take on significantly more debt.

Oh, well I won't even start that until next year because I'm an evening student. So I'll have grades from my new school by that time.

same kind of dealy for me though my drop wasn't that drastic. still, i'm pretty much in the same position (wanted to stay in CA so i'm going from t50 to usc (or ucla) instead of georgetown).
