So, does anyone have any tips for doing well in torts? Looks like it has surpassed contracts as the most difficult subject, and I'm taking it this semester....

The battle rages on between Contracts and Torts . . . so close. Ditto, Property and CivPro, but on a nicer level.

3L here. Contracts is still my worst grade (B-) and still my favorite class (mostly due to the prof., though). Everyone thought they did well because it was so straightforward so the curve was miserable.

My Contracts class was the same. I emailed the professor to meet up with him and discuss what I could've done wrong, he said it was just a really tough curve and rather than punishing people he just kind of gave everyone variations of B's and only handed out 3 A's. I was more than a little upset.

closed book property. it hurt because i did the best in the class on the midterm and on the final he gave me a grade and crossed it out and gave me a lower one :|
