In the interviewing context, you are very likely going to know the names of people you need to talk to beforehand. You begin with, "Excuse me, I'm looking for..." If they're not the person you're looking for, they should introduce themselves.

Otherwise, just "excuse me" while looking at them, and then asking the question after you've got their attention, often works.
