the only time not to wear a sweater vest is when you have a cardigan instead. But it has to be a thin cardigan to accommodate a tie.

OSU is sweater vest university? Somehow i don't think this is a true statement. I wear sweatpants for motivation to get up in the morning. I'm the only girl to wear sweatpants in my section, but some of these chicks at my school dress up like it's an Armani fashion show, I can't compete with that, nor do I want to.
