I wasn't looking for sympathy. Did I mention that law review kept me pretty busy? I love law school, and I'm just soaking it in right now. BTW, we're on a 3.3 curve, so 3.7 isn't outrageous. It's not even top 10%.

Really? Maybe it's just the way that it's presented by my professor, but my perception of Evidence as a subject is like the equivalent of a dumbed-down Civ Pro.

Quoting myself here because I'm pretty sure Evidence pwned the shit out of me today. But apparently it pwned the shit out of everyone, so that whole "curve" thing might come into play.

Evidence was mostly MC questions which were brutally tricky - almost didn't finish - felt like I didn't use nearly enough facts from the fact pattern in the essay - never felt so bad about an exam. FML

I got below-median pwned by evidence last year. Hate MC so much.

Ugh, I'm expecting the same. Seeing as how I'll probably be doing just about only fed lit after-LS, I feel like, at least at some point, I'm gonna have to figure out this whole "federal rules of evidence" thing.

Amen to MC. Vow to never take one in law school and sticking to it (simply lucked out 1L), regardless of class, professor, curve.

Having my first experience with word limits right now and completely losing my mind. Already am going through professors exam reserves looking for ones that don't have word limits so I can never do this again, though I suppose waiting till grades to make that decision might be smart.

Worse than 1L year....should have studied much, much, much harder instead of jacking off for 3 months.

Also, core upper div classes (Sec Reg, etc.) are SO MUCH HARDER than 1L classes. SOOOOO much goddamn material to learn. I feel like I need to gun next semester.
