I've heard a lot of people complain that its too long. But at least in my class, only like ~300 pages are actually relevant. Still a lot, but definitely manageable IMO.AssumptionRequired wrote:Just starting to use that now... I might be to behind though, its so much longer than i expected.LetsGoLAW wrote:LET'S FUCKING GO TEAM. I AM SO PUMPED UP. PUTTING DEM FINISHING TOUCHES ON MY CON LAW OUTLINE. Oh, and whoever introduced me to Chemerinsky in the beginning of the semester -- whoever you are -- you are my hero.

Glannon Guide is all MC and quite detailed. Q&A series might be useful (but less detailed questions IMO).mephistopheles wrote:redsox550 wrote:what do y'all recommend for a very detailed multiple choice test on PJ , and res judicata ( lots of questions about comparing cases and facts of the cases and hypos based off slight variations of the cases

Re: OFFICIAL 1L Exam Prep & Motivation Thread (CSWS)
If it's the same system as at my school, then pass/fail can be a normal p/f where anything above a low 70 is a P, or it can be a HP/P/LP/F system where 94+ is HP, 80-93=P, and 73-79=LP or something along those lines.gaud wrote:Is it really that easy?
Either way, I would take the P with minimum effort and gun the fuck out of my other finals.

Haha yup I still haven't seen people really kick it into finals mode like i did last semester maybe more people are opting to study at home. Really starting to freak me out tho. O well I know what I will be doing until the end. CSWSgaud wrote:Less than a month of grinding and then I'll be free (to go work lol but at least there will be weekends)
