Damn now I'm kind of scared, did I cheat?

I got a hold of my professors past exams with model answers (officially released) from other schools (but not released to our school) and looked them over, and she used one of the exact same questions (fact pattern, the details were different - names and exact stuff, but the structure was almost entirely the same). This wasn't a huge benefit to me because I didn't even read the entire model answer, though I did remember and use some of the more creative arguments.

At many schools this is an honor code violation.

This happened to me and I immediately reported the problem, along with some of my classmates who had gone over the practice exam with me. I'd recommend you think about doing the same. It's your professors fault but if you take advantage of the situation then you're probably crossing the line. Also, we did not have a model answer which presumably makes your situation more serious. The school addressed the prob by not grading the Q, btw.

I ican't imagine this explicitly being listed as an honor code violation, but would love to read an example of such.

"Do not read exams and model answers that your professor has officially released, unless they are specifically officially released to you."

Making this an honor code violation seems like overstepping to me. In a digital age, professors need to recognize what they've released and write tests in light of that.

does the arizona immigration statute have any DCC issue to it at all? if they cracked down on illegal immigrants, couldn't they pour into new mexico and texas

does the arizona immigration statute have any DCC issue to it at all? if they cracked down on illegal immigrants, couldn't they pour into new mexico and texas

I'm thinking field pre-emption. Does federal govt legislation fill the entire field of regulating immigration and prevent states from acting in this domain or does it allow for state regulation of this issue since federal legislation leaves gaps in which the states can act.

Anyone have a good format for tackling a products liability question? My professor has absolutely sucked at tying a bow around Torts II this semester. I'm not sure if I should start with the four theories of recovery and then hone in on 402A or just go straight from defect type into 402A and then mention alternative theories of recovery.

Criminal law final in a couple of hours. Not sure im ready for it but I feel super confident. Only rules in my mind are just write it all down on paper and dont make any definitive statements. According to my professor it is factually impossible for someone to say "This issue is clearly", and anyone writing that down will probably get points off.

Open book, open notes, 50mc 2 essay. IRAC method preferred.
