I have exactly 4 weeks (and one day) until my first final.

Wait...what? Crap.

Yeah man... I just internalized that. Holy crap.

Jeez And I thought staying up until 130 most weeknights (though I pretty much never do work past 11) was late by law school standards. I'm usually so burnt out from class during the week that I barely ever do more than 3 hours of work on a weekday (normally I do around 2 hours each weekday).

TBF, I'm a hardcore night owl Case in point: I went to bed at 8am on Friday.

Brock and I are the late night crew. I enjoy a 3 PM-3 AM schedule, with breaks in between.

I do all my panicking and then come finals I have become sociopathically resigned and nihilistic, leading to cool head in pressure and success.

My property outline feels useless. Feeling like torts all over again with all the minority rules, case names, etc. which was great in torts because that was all multiple choice but could be the death of me when I have to write essays about laws and shit.

The more I study Con Law, the more I feel completely lost.

I wouldn't say I feel completely lost, but yeah, 2 weeks ago I felt like it was my best chance for an A, and now I have no idea.

At least your property professor (well, hopefully, anyway) doesn't ramble on in a very confusing manner about the "normative basis" behind every rule.

yup, you keep outlining after you do a practice exam and realize there's a whole chapter of cases you haven't outlined

I've decided that even though I have no idea what he's talking about half the time, it's actually to our benefit since we've covered so much less material than the average property class.
