Meh, depends on the prof. I wouldn't have done as well in Ks if I didn't attend class religiously, take notes like my life depended on it, stalked him after/before class, etc. He's in his 80s, verrrry traditional, and particular about how he wants exam answers structured and what terminology to use.

Do you write out responses to E&E problems? My Crim Pro prof is actually the author of the same E&E, so perhaps it might be beneficial.

Most, yes, but I have found it to take too long. Since finals are coming up, I've been reading through all of them and answering them. The E&Es only apply one or two rules with a single issue, so it will be helpful to my exams which have MPC. Plus, I am solely interested in improving legal analysis, which truly -- and subtly -- improves when going through them.

How is everyone's outlining coming along?

Im up to date on my two doctrinal classes. But honestly my master outlines are shit. Luckily I have some friends to collaborate with. My attack OLs are looking good. I basically used PLs brilliant Kadish OL to make it, which was much more useful than the shit OL I created on my own.

CSWS marathon today. Already knocked out one of my P/F class's assignments for next week. On to the important stuff!

When is everyones spring break? I have class next week, but then have the following week off.

What are everyones plans? Going home? Vacation? CSWS SEPARATION?

Im probably going to visit my parents for a few days, but then get back to base for a CSWS marathon. Hopfully I will have solidified my knowledge of everything up to this point well enough to start doing Hypos.
