That's the intermediate scrutiny to my strict scrutiny.
I'll take a handful of Constitutional standards of review over 50+ FRCP rules any day.

I would, too. Except for the fact that we have to know 200+ case names and make case analogies/predictions on how sitting judges will rule on issues.

Alas it's not about outrunning the bear, though.

Closed book Civ Pro exam seems popular today... I have one too...

My brain feels like it has turned to mush at this point. This is just gonna be a clusterf*ck of an exam. I feel so unprepared.

Closed book Property exam was an absolute massacre. 4 hours for 50 multiple choice/ true false questions. Praying for a wild curve while day drinking the pain away.

SO the multiple choice portion of my Property final was mostly on stuff that has nothing to do with substantive law but more things the prof mentioned in passing like what some philosopher thinks of adverse possession or what ancient English law thought of easements...umm...yeah...

You should be happy at the number of future interest questions tested.

I was shocked at how few easement problems there were. I was banking on it being a major issue for the writing section too.

Legislation felt pretty good, though its the type of exam where its impossible to know one way or another how you did. At least I wont be dwelling on this one like I did with conlaw. Six days until the grand finale.

Am I the only one who NEVER finishes exams on time?

Not, "Oh I still wanted to type one more sentence".

Like, "I was halfway done with the last question"

I watch the time too, but I can never summon the willpower to stop an answer when I've run over the allotted time, it's always 10-20m extra per answer until I get to the last 1hr question with 20-30 minutes on the clock.

I may be the first 1L in history to get a top 3 exam score on Contracts in fall, and get a bottom 3 score in spring... ugh, the only bright shiny A on my transcript was nice while it lasted

I never do either. Didn't finish any last semester. One exam I didn't even write anything for 1/7 of the total possible points, and everyone else I spoke with finished easily (I still dream about my GPA had I finished that sucker). I did finish my 8 hour take home this week, but just barely.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
