Well, if everyone is due one bad grade, I'll gladly take it in Property. That turned out to be my least enjoyable class overall.

What's worse is that the workload in Conlaw was much more substantial than Property, but Conlaw (A) was only worth 3 credits, while Property (B), was worth 4 credits.

My property was 5 credits and we only covered 230 pages in our text. Contracts is 4 credits and we covered 850 pages. Conlaw was 3 credits and we covered about 400 pages. lol

Good luck with the rest of your grades. On another note, wtf TLS?! Last semester, there was nothing by posts of top 10% all around. Either everyone shit the bed or second semester deserves its rep as being significantly more difficult.

Hopefully this is because the people in the A-/B+ range (me) are stealing all of your As because we didn't make stupid exam mistakes this time around.

Yeah, I was last semester. We'll see how the rest shake out, although I'm a lot less stressed out now. I can't explain how strongly I suspected that I was going to spike a below median grade in that class. I'm going to go buy a new driver today--that's how happy I am.

Dear Legal Writing Professor,

I know that reading legal analysis blows donkey nuts. That's why I didn't read lots of the examples you gave us. But we turned our papers in about a month and a half ago. I have a hard time believing that someone getting paid $70,000+ a year for teaching two classes is so busy that he can't grade 50 odd papers in that period of time.

I want my shitty grade, and I want it now. I need to know if I have a shot at firms at OCI or if I should start planning my suicide.
