Started tlsing instead of reading and this post made me go back to reading. Now...

Seems like a lot of other students are grinding this semester. It's going to be harder to beat the curve this semester, IMHO, so I'm starting the full CSWS lifestyle this week.

For some reason my section in general seems lazy so far this semster.

However, Im sure the quality of exam answers will go up significantly now that everyone has a a semester under their belt.

Any tips for a closed book Con Law exam? I did very well on my closed book Ks last semester, but Con Law is quite a different animal!

Also, has anyone read their profs' law review articles to get an insight into how they think for the purposes of exam prep?

Who do you have this semester? Are there decent outlines for everyone? Last semester there were not good outlines on two of my profs.
