Haven't gone to a single day of Crim Pro and I am thoroughly f'd.

I can't decide if I care about my last final. I wasted half the day away reading magazines and staring out the window - then realized I know nothing about fed courts at all. Then I panicked, and realized I have not learned like 50 note cases - and now I am back to being like "eeeeehhhhhh, I've never failed before."

Had a similar reaction earlier today for my exam Thursday. Back to the quest of reading the whole internet.

Pretty much mirrors my attitude toward my fed courts final tomorrow. It really doesn't help that I know half of the class is taking it P/F, so (1) I probably can't do worse than them, but (2) I'll never do better than the other half who are total gunners.

Also, note cases? More like NOPE cases.

Ugh, my class is the same way. Chock full of law review gunners - the worst of the worst. Not only that, there are maybe two-three kids in my class who aren't in the top 20%. Usually I have the luxury of looking around and thinking "ok, that person is going to take the C," but this time that person could well be me. The curve is going to suck.

Anyway, I wish you the best of luck in your final tomorrow.

I am about to get absolutely destroyed by Estates and Trusts. I kinda get estates, and I barely opened the book on trusts. I have like 5 days to go over everything and then its gonna be hell. Seriously praying for a B.

My fake grades allow me to fall back a bit. I actually haven't had any employers ask for transcripts at places I want to work, and those that do ask for transcripts probably won't know how the fuck to interpret them because there aren't many Cal students that end up in CO.

Yeah my sister is older and went to Vermont for a 2 year grad program. Was totally depressed. I think I kind of learned my lesson from here. I was considering going to CLS/NYU or Chicago, and it probably made more sense from everything but a QOL standpoint.
