i felt oddly relieved yesterday when I heard a girl in one of my classes ask the prof a question and she started it off by saying "so I am starting to outline..."
Still ahead of me by a longshot.

This is why i have a no-class policy after November 15. Can't stand the law school buzz of paranoia and neurosis. Showing up to finals after 3 weeks of studying @ home (read: playing skyrim) is gonna be awesome.

I have yet to read a single case for my admin law class.

I don't think anyone can top that.

I have done nothing during thanksgiving break. Too many good football games every day. When is the sense of urgency going to kick in? How was I so disciplined as a 1l?

I am taking several classes next semester that are popular with 1Ls. Given the vast difference in my level of preparation between 1 and 2L, I feel like this may be a horrible, horrible grade choice.

Had my first official panic attack about finals last night. Three weeks later than last year. Not bad.

Well, depends on how many classes first dude has attended. You and I could potentially top it.

Everyone gets a few of those if cramming in last minute. No shame in it.

What I hate is the psycho self rightous bitches who have them in the mid of the hall flipping out on anyone not holding flashcards or a note book 5 minutes prior to the exam screaming BS like "why are you here, you are just here to blow my curve aren't you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I'm assuming schitzophrenia screaning is not part of the lawschool admissions criteria for those ones.

If you wrote a cheat sheet in your tampon and then flushed it once used (on a potty break of course) think it'd be fail proof way to not get caught? I mean, come on it's a place WAY too private to search right?

My one closed book is the day after fed. income tax, and the outline is 49 pages long.

All I'm saying is that if you are taking Evidence, at least a third of your class is hungry hungry hippos 1Ls. Of course, none of them will be me, since our school's brilliant administration decided to sell this class *heavily* during the 1L 'what class should I take?' seminar, when it had about 60 seats all told between the two sections.

PS. If it's Mitchell's Evidence, just know that every 1L section except one could only apply to this Evidence section, and when admin realized the massive clusterfuck that was ensuing in terms of how many 1Ls were applying to one class section, they added an additional 35 seats to the class. So no joke, Mitchell's Evidence is just under 50% 1Ls.

Well. Fuck me gently with a chainsaw. It's obviously pretty late in the day, so I'm gonna need to juggle things around to swap that evidence class. Thanks for the heads up.
