Honestly knowing when to stop studying is almost as important as knowing when to start studying.

There are like 27 total I think, but the majority of them aren't terribly difficult. What are you having problems with?

I'm just not feeling the outlining today. I've been doing everything but.

Done with Criminal law exam 1 hour ago.

I am not looking forward to Con Law. This is the class where I am most aware of my incompetence :/ Let this pain end already.

eh nothing is too bad its just the sheer number of them. ive underestimated how much material we covered in evidence, should have started outlining/preparing a little earlier.

congrats, im in crim law review right now. kind of pointless, she is just running through the very basic stuff of the entire class (which obv everyone knows). would rather have time to just ask some specific questions.

Damn it should have skipped Con Law to outline Con law some more. The Romer case is taking forever to read and an hour of reading plus an hour of class is 2 hours I could have given to the outline.

Does your teacher really emphasize dissents? If so, I'd probably read those in the casebook.

Nah, not really only for certain cases. Because I'm starting to get paranoid, I might just read some online briefs..

Took a ridiculous 4 hour and one half hour closed book property exam yesterday (my prof is known for his hard exams...as in some people I know actually cried when they looked at his old exams for practice), and I have a crim exam tomorrow. I hate life. I'm still too exhausted from yesterday to be very productive right now :(

Any advice???

1. Don't cry
2. Well cry if you REALLY MUST
3. take the night off. Burnout, for me at least, is a real performance killer.
4. If you don't know it by now, you probably aren't going to learn it tonight.
5. G'luck with your exams and gratz on having them so early!!

Thanks! Yeah, my school crammed everything into one week. So it sucks now, but I guess I'll be grateful next Wednesday.

Good luck everyone!!

I wish I had this schedule. I have 14 days and 22 more hours to endure. I'd rather just hustle and get it over with.

Agreed. I wish they would balance out how much time they gave us leading to finals instead having the memo due like a week before finals but the brief being a month before. I just want to get the oh-god-its-exam-week fear in me and get it over with.

We still have twenty days until the end of exams and then a week of journal competition directly after that!!!

15 days til' the end. Then like 4 days off and the write-on begins. Ohh, and in doing a sample exam, I see that the one outline I am actually allowed to bring into my exam is not up to par whatsoever. But, I'm thinking I'm gonna have to wait til' right before that exam to fix it, as civ pro is gonna require a lot of studying.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
