Holy shit its there a lot of info for ip.

I'm going to count watching game of thrones as studying con law. Watching borgias will have to count islamic law. The killing obviously qualifies for crim.

Final appellate brief submitted. Realized I inconsistently capitalized "Defendant" after I turned it in. FUCK.

I would kill for mine to be closed book, all of my practice tests and questions I have not used my outline once so I feel like it can only hurt my curve chances if its open book and others use theirs.

On another note, I feel like only way i am surviving Con law is if I sit down and read Chimerenski cover to cover...the entire 1400 pages. Not sure if its gonna happen or not but I am on day 1 of outlining Con Law and dont even know how to start. So lost.

Though some people might rely on their outline heavily, which slows them down. And now they memorize it, speeding them up. Who knows though.

We still have the 6 typical classes. So the elective is just more work.
We have 6 classes per semester. We get to take 5 exams in 9 days!

One of my friends gets super annoyed when people update facebook with how far they are in outlining. So me and my other friend keep posting on his wall every time we accomplish something.

Before Facebook became privy to this sort of thing, my buddy changed his display name to "No One", so he could like people's stupid shit and it would show up as "No One likes this."

Heh, I find that funny as well. I can't wait until I have the time to find amusement outside the internet.

Covenants are so simple, yet, I'm having a rather difficult time outlining them. Especially b/c my teacher said don't worry about privity/just use reasonableness. And sort of gave us an outline, but, I'm not sure I understand his.

Yeah we have K's tomorrow. Been studying for a week. Kind of burnt out. Trying to convince myself to stop studying for it and to do something else like civ pro.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
