Today I finished outlining 24 pages of:
1) intentional torts
2) Manifestation of mutual assent (with battle of the forms and all that jazz) for contracts
--

3) read 40 pages of GTM,

4) Along with doing 35 pgs of Torts reading.

And I still feel like I was lazy. Fucking law school.

Are you guys practicing using only full exams or are you also using shorter questions like the ones in the E&Es?
both for me
+1. Also, going back through some of the hypos that we were given by our TA's / profs.
I am using LEEWS so I am trying to type all my answers following their method. Just not sure if this is the best idea or if I should answer some in my head to save time and get to more questions.

All of my professors have advocated outlining beforehand (so, sorta like LEEWS). If that helps.

In desperate need of motivation. I finished 2 outlines and am almost done with the second, but I just feel burnt out and unmotivated. On the plus side, I finished my memo, and I am done with LRW.

Damn, way to be a trooper bro. You are an inspiration. I am grinding hard but not that hard. Yesterday was my GF birthday so I could not study at all, felt bad about not studying (Fuck LS). I have been grinding since 7 A.M and wont stop until 11. CSWS

This is a place where we prevent each other from getting burnt out, by motivating each other. Everyone in here CSWS, burning out is flame and is weak as fuck.

Take the night off to relax. Drink some brews, watch pointless tv, hit the gym, whatever will help you relax. Gotta combat that burnout feeling before it gets worse.

Hey team. Today, I am posting my entire outline on flashcards. I'm going to try to read all of them at least once a night. Then I am reading ~200 pages of supplements.

Oh, and I started to put together a playlist. This is at the top of it:

Just finished torts practice exam.

I have a long way to go.

My organization is atrocious and I need to be way way more succinct.

do you take notes in the margins / mini outline?
I put notes in the margins. I need to put together an outline, I think. I may just do it on the laptop and then fill it in once I start. This is the first PT I've ever taken, so at least I recognize that there's a problem.

Good news is that there was no shortage of things to talk about. (we had an abbreviated hypo.) But I would write for a good while about a particular claim and then move on, only to realize later that there was a whole issue (and sometimes several) that I hadn't touched related to that claim.

I have not even taken a full length practice exam, except for my crim law mid-term. I think I am going to start that tomorrow with a K practice exam and a torts practice exam. Does anyone have torts practice exams with model answers? There is literally none from any professor at my school.
