anyone got any sweet tips for business associations? exam in a week, about halfway done with the outline, read maybe 3/5 of the assignments.

I got that exam next monday. Ill start studying on friday.

Its strange when I look back at 1L fall exams and how stressed and motivated to study I was during the weeks leading up to finals. Now all I do is watch sports and feel very little stress. I cant believe the Hawks lost last night....

I need to find out if my 2L employer looks at grades.

yeah im in the exact same boat. plus im in utter despair about the bears, season is basically over. ive never watched much hockey but now might be a good time to start, might try and catch a game at the UC in the next couple months.

I dont want to derail the thread too much, but you must see a game at the UC - its an incredible experience. Games v. the wings are so crazy. I still cant believe I gave up my partial season ticket plan to go to ls/practice in a state that doesnt give a shit about hockey...

Can you even derail a 2L exam prep thread? I think derailing it is more accurate of what's going on for everyone than keeping it on topic.

This. Dear God, this. I haven't done jack and don't intend to for at least the rest of today. I can't get stressed for some reason (and I really need to be). No idea if my employer looks at grades, but I sure hope not.

We care --- but only during seasons in which the Hurricanes will win (or at least make it to) the finals (so about twice during their existence).

My future employer expressed some doubt over whether I really would be better at corporate over litigation, like I thought I would be. 2L is going to be all about bulking up on lit-based courses and bombing, just to show them how much I would really suck at it. (Planning on taking my transcript into the hiring partner's office and being all "LOOK LOOK, I TOLD YOU SO.")

I don't know, I just do. It's hard for me not to care about something that I'm going into lots of debt for (granted, my scholarship with no grade stipulation is nice )
