You guys are terrible gunners. Back on topic!!!

...today is my first day of classes. Need advice.

Step one is turning my mic volume up so I can record the lectures. Step 2 is turning off my wireless so I can't get distracted. Then what. =/

Step three is paying attention to what's going on in class and trying to learn something. :)

hahhahahahahahaha

This is a very different stereotype of "My Cousin Vinny." I like them both about the same as polar opposites.

Haha this is great. It would be even better if it was at Rutgers or Seton Hall to further enforce the stereotype. This guy's accent is wavering between North Jersey and South Boston. Still fantastic though. :)

Back to more practical concerns, do you guys know anything about take-home exams? Like the technical specifics of how they work? I just discovered that at least one of mine (Criminal Law) will be take-home, and I don't exactly understand what that means in terms of prep.

In terms of prep it probably means about the same thing as a 3 hour issue spotter. You may be expected to go a little bit more in depth, be a little bit more organized, and be a little more precise in your wording.

Yeah I assumed this, but I wanted more information about how these things actually work. Maybe I shouldn't be asking in a thread full of people with about the same law school experience as I have, give or take a week. :D

I hope you've already got your outlines done and have started working on practice exams.

What? You haven't sent unsolicited cover letters to every Vault 100 firm with your GPA listed as "Projected: 4.2"? You're totally effed ITE.
