A- in Legal Writing
Still waiting on Torts
Fuck me. Dropping out

That sucks but you can still do this. What's the median at your school? I know somebody at mine who pulled a C first semester and ended up making biglaw anyways. You still have next semester. And with those As you know you can do it.
Median is between B- and B. So C's aren't unheard of at my school but damn this feeling sucks.
DUDE! You kicked butt in 2 of 3 classes so far! Don't let that C destroy what you did this semester!
Don't let one C destroy what you want to do. Seriously. I've heard of multiple law professors and people high up in government having straight Bs their first semester and turning it around. You're not in a horrible position, especially if your Property and Legal Writing professors know where you stand.

^ Yeah especially if you kick ass second semester. Definitely stick with it. The A shows that you do know how to do well on a law school exam. Check out why you got that C and make sure you don't make the same mistakes

Worst/likely/best case senario
CP ...B-/B/B
K .....B-/B/B+
Con .B-/B/B+
T .....B/A-/A
2.7/3.1/3.4
curve is between 3.0 and 3.3
Basically I expect to be median pwned

Also checking in. Felt really good leaving the tests, but the more I think about it or talk to other students, I feel like I didn't do as well as I originally thought.
I pretty much have no idea what to expect.

Our profs have between 600 and 900 pages of our (word limited) tests to grade if my napkin math is correct. I pounded out the longest Harry Potter books in a day. So giving them TWENTY times that to account for Christmas and shitty writing seems more than fair. Why can't I have them back just after New Years?

At least none of you guys had Intro to Lawyering this semester. Whoever designed that class should be hobbled immediately.

We got that class. I got some good contacts out of it. Sure, the class itself was pretty useless, but hey, talking to people is talking to people.

Torts- B+ was pretty unexpected since my issue spotter was just a pure data dump.
Contracts- I took this thursday, and felt pretty good about it, but so did everyone else so I median pwned for sure, but I won't know until after new year's.
Civ Pro- I actually felt best about this one, but we'll see.
Legal writing- My memo scored pretty much dead median so median pwned FTW, but I greatly despise that class.
At least my law school requires Profs to submit grades by Jan 3rd so I can have a week to decide if I am going to bail out or not before tuition is due.

Samesies. I've got another month to wait, at least.
I can only imagine how fast my heart will be racing when I log onto the student website to find out what my grades are for the semester. Damn

+1, I've had multiple nightmares about it already. In some, I get an A and am really happy and then I wake up and am depressed that I probably won't get As. In others, I fail. So....can this be over already?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
