Can anyone message me the flow chart posted by gobucks... I want to print it, but everytime I try and print it from the site it just comes out blank pages at my school computer. So if someone downloaded it as a document, and could forward that to me I would really appreciate it!! Thanks

Anyone know how to get these for free instead of paying the amount to download them?

+1 ... Also, does anyone know where I can find a flowchart for Erie? My prof sent us one but it's not that great. I understand it from the EE, Briefs, etc. but a good flow chart may help.

Also, Talon created this PJ flow chart that I downloaded

you have to create an account and then upload a document to download a document... just upload something and then delete it after you download... that is what i did at least.

am i missing something, or is that supplemental jurisdiction flowchart wrong at the end? Shouldn't "inconsistent with §1332 requirements" -> NO supplemental jurisdiction?

I hope I didn't screw anything up, let me know if you catch any mistakes!

ETA Ehh, sorry it's a little small, guys. I'll see if I can enlarge it a little.

ETA2 Hopefully that's a little better?

Hey guys -- I made a cheat sheet last yera of all the tests that I learned in Civ Pro. I just went ahead and uploaded it on Mediafire; hopefully it works (and is helpful to someone).

Also, shouldn't the last box say that courts may DENY, not grant, supplemental jurisdiction pursuant to 1367(c)?

Now there's a charge.
