What is everyone doing to study for Civil Procedure?
Outline
Glannon E&E
Crunchtime
Freer (from the library because I don't think too many of my classmates are on this)

I'm getting crushed with a ton of joinder stuff right now, which is a frustrating hot mess. Going to class has actually been immensely helpful.

How useful are you finding the hypos in Glannon?

Some are better than others. For example, the material related to service (Rule 4) was good at working through each possible path. Some of the Rule 12 material was not as helpful for me, since it wasn't as in-depth as the Professor's class discussion. We spent nearly a week on 12(b)(6). That being said, whether or not you find the hypos helpful could be dependent on your professor and how your exams are set up.
