What 2L/3L classes are essential to the PD gunner? Crim Pro, Evidence, Trial Ad, Immigration, and Clinic come to mind. Any others you folks would recommend?
Also, for someone interested in Immigration Law, is Admin a must? Tryna 3LOL and avoiding any and all gunner minefields (i.e. Fed Courts)

They are technically two different classes. This year it was the same Prof so was very similar. Generally Crim Pro is the "lighter" version but really just means you only cover up to trials where with Con Crim Pro you cover trial stuff too, I think. Both are worthwhile classes.echooo23 wrote:What about that criminal process class only offered in the fall? I'm going into litigation and concerned about passing the bar (my crim prof was awful and I barely learned shit in it). Would you suggest Con Crim Pro over Crim Pro for me?elibrarian wrote:They are technically two different classes. This year it was the same Prof so was very similar. Well, really your classes don't exactly relate to the bar. Pretty much at all. So, don't choose your classes based on that. I would just focus on professors. If you think you may be interested in any type of criminal law I guess I'd suggest Con Crim Pro but really there isn't much of a difference.

Evidence is an absolute must. I'd say Crim Pro is, too.
I took Trusts & Estates, too, and I fucking loved it. Awesome class.
