Sorry if I came off as a dick, but asking "what career paths can I pursue" is kind of pointless, considering the answer is, well, just about any other career in existence. What if I'd said "beer taster" or "journalist"? It's a stupid question for which there is no appropriate answer (not to mention that McDonald's managers can make six figures)

A D+ means something went seriously awry (either in your issue spotting and analysis, or administratively). I wouldn't expect a B+ student to get a D+, especially in a subject like Torts.
