We enforce the attendance policy. It sucks. Though honestly I may not show up at all and just skim the E&E prior to the exam if they didn't.

Some classes here enforce the attendance policy, but most don't. I usually show up to class, anyway. I may not read closely, or even read at all, but I find that going to class is the most efficient way to scrape by with a passable grade.

Re: ITT: 3LOL
I have had 2 clinics in law school. One I was really interested in and did a lot of work for, the other I took for the easy A, basically showed up and sat around for 6 hours playing on my phone and taking a 2 hour extended lunch. The projects they gave me for an 8 hour shift could have been done in 30 mins, and I took full advantage.

Ran to the beach via golden gate park and back, and went to cook out on Saturday
Watched football, went to church, more football, ate amazing burger and then took a nap today
Will save the school work till round October or so

I decided I should probably go to my accounting class today. Dude is post-boomer (or I guess he's a pre-boomer), probably doesn't even recognize this is my first day in class.

I feel like if anything a pre-trial class should be pretty straightforward.romothesavior wrote:Have not listened to a single word in this Pretrial class. What is happening lulz

Re: ITT: 3LOL
Six classes, two finals. I freaking love 3LOL.
Also because I've had time to watch three seasons of Sons of Anarchy, five seasons of Scrubs, and...all of Parks and Rec. And I'm ahead on all my assignments. I'm unemployed but at least I have plenty of time to look...

Re: ITT: 3LOL
I don't get how 3L year is supposed to be so easy. My classes are easy, yes, but I am working a ton, doing shitloads of work for law review, etc. I mean I guess if you weren't doing anything in the rest of law school, your 3L year would be pretty easy, but I imagine 1L/2L year weren't so bad either.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
