Really? Drop out because of one grade? I got a B- in one of my classes which sank my overall GPA (yes I know it's not quite as bad as a C) and I'm not giving up. There's always second semester, and if you badly then, it might be the right choice to drop out AFTER that.

Our school requires medical insurance that covers mental health issues. Yours probably does too.

Mine's a state school, but counseling and psychiatric services (along with other medical services) are covered in my tuition. Which is nice.

Honestly, I probably would kill myself if I got a C in torts. Really. But I'm just weird.

I got a C+ in Property, and had a sub-3.0 GPA first semester first year. Now I am top 10% at a Tier 2 school WITH a big law offer for graduation.

Its all possible. Sometimes the one bad grade can be an outlier, an anomaly as it was in my case. So sometimes, you need to change your study/exam habits, or sometimes it was just an anomaly and it all works out in the end.
