You will do better than they will if you actually memorize it correctly, and they sneak some notes in the their book.

i agree that in law school cheating should be reported, and the conventional "don't snitch" rules don't apply. anybody who is cheating is basically spitting in your face, given the nature and importance of the curve. if i saw somebody cheat i'd be pissed.

If you're having to cheat to apply personal jurisdiction, you're not going to do very well on the exam.
