My exam will certainly have humor if I think of something I know the prof would laugh at. This is mostly true for torts. Seems like a terrible idea to be looking for ways to throw it in though.

The three elements of trespass to chattel are: 1) lack of consent, 2) actual harm, and 3) the department of energy.
