You probably want an attorney who specializes in disability discrimination. There tend to be nonprofits that handle this type of thing. But if none of them will handle your case, you may just have to pony up the couple hundred dollars to get a private attorney. The risk-reward analysis is best done by an attorney practicing in the field. Ain't shit free.

Here is how this works:
1. We aren't lawyers. (at least most of us aren't yet)
2. We can't give legal advice.
3. There is usually an appeals process and a board you can appeal to for dismissals from public academic institutions. Start there not here.

You may want to contact your local legal aid office. If legal aid can't assist you, they may be able to direct you to a pro bono service that can. You may be able to find your local legal aid office through this website: http://www.lawhelp.org
