It's not so much foul play though as it is just plain stealing. I think non law students contribute significantly to the theft.nickwar wrote:The book-stealing-to-sell-back thing appears to happen a lot in law school. It's a dirty, dirty move.

The sabotage was someone ripping up their outline? How is that sabotage rather than a person being a dick? The person had to reprint their outline?merc280 wrote:The interviewer for Vanderbilt admissions told me she knew of some people at UT who got their outlines stolen-tore up close to finals.
Did the people the interviewer know attend UT before computers existed?
In regards to computer-era UT, I haven't heard of anything shady done by UT students.

I heard at Wake, one prof had a no internet policy. Computers may only be used to take notes. Some chick in the far back kept a daily log of who was on the internets and when. A lot of people lost a letter grade apparently.

Lord have mercy, you've got to be kidding.BriaTharen wrote:Yeah, I have to agree. When your LS has a policy that if you miss X number of classes you get an automatic fail, getting someone to sign in for you when you aren't there is cheating.bceagles182 wrote:That's a bit overboard but I don't see anything wrong with it. People shouldn't get credit for going to class if they aren't in class. That is cheating.
Anyone who would ever do something like that is a CLOWN.
