It's not so much foul play though as it is just plain stealing. I think non law students contribute significantly to the theft.

The sabotage was someone ripping up their outline? How is that sabotage rather than a person being a dick? The person had to reprint their outline?

Did the people the interviewer know attend UT before computers existed?

In regards to computer-era UT, I haven't heard of anything shady done by UT students.

I heard at Wake, one prof had a no internet policy. Computers may only be used to take notes. Some chick in the far back kept a daily log of who was on the internets and when. A lot of people lost a letter grade apparently.

Yeah, I have to agree. When your LS has a policy that if you miss X number of classes you get an automatic fail, getting someone to sign in for you when you aren't there is cheating.
