I can't think of a single way that word could be used where someone couldn't just figure their way around it. You'd think with context it would easy to assume it was either a dwelling or a vehicle, right?
Ah, but if you couldn't tell if it was a dwelling or if it was a vehicle, you wouldn't know if the UCC applies.

Dictionary idea still seems stupid, of course :lol:
